I started out with a block of foam:

After some fiberglass, I had the basic shape:

After a LOT of sanding, fitting, sanding, priming, and painting:

From the front, kinda like Dumbo ears:

On the car. Note oil cooler is located slightly higher, for ducts to feed air to it:

Now let's just hope they work!
